What is the opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada's HR Digital Solutions Security team plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems. As a Global Security Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. This includes working closely with the HR COEs, HRBPs, and business partners to develop and implement security best practices and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement security best practices and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs, and business partners to ensure effective security measures
  • Provide guidance and expertise on security-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts in various areas of HR

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (Human Resources preferred)
  • 3-5 years of related Human Resources experience within a corporate HR environment
  • 3+ years' experience with Workday Security or other module(s)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management
