Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Family Law, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong practice in Family Law, with a focus on high net worth clients
  • Work on complex Family Law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve Family Law disputes
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Family Law, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication/client management skills
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
