Agronomy Specialist

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Agronomy Specialist to join our team at TIMAC AGRO CANADA. As a key member of our agronomic services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to Canadian farmers on optimizing their crop yields and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in agronomy or a related field. You will be proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and client management software (CRM), and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide technical advice and support to farmers on crop selection, soil health, and nutrient management.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of TIMAC AGRO products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
• Work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our agronomic services.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in agronomy or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and client management software (CRM).
