At The 401 Group of Companies, we're looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing services based on general maintenance and minor repairs. You will also be expected to perform tasks described in repair orders efficiently and accurately, contact the shop foreman and/or service advisors if additional work is required, and use appropriate tools, test equipment, and report defective or poorly functioning equipment to the supervisor.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Perform services based on general maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Perform tasks described in repair orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Contact the shop foreman and/or service advisors if additional work is required.
  • Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and report defective or poorly functioning equipment to the supervisor.
  • Ensure that the shop is clean and tidy.
  • Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Plus years of auto service technician experience.
  • Working towards your S certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Above average technical skills.
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
