Job Title: Sr Cloud DevSec Ops Engineer

About the Role:

Highbrow LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sr Cloud DevSec Ops Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement cloud security controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  2. Develop and maintain cloud orchestration platforms for automated provisioning, management, and scalability of hosts, containers, applications, and cloud services.
  3. Integrate security tooling into enterprise deployment pipelines for developer feedback and runtime governance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security reporting with SIEM and enterprise monitoring procedures.
  5. Participate in fast-paced DevOps Engineering teams within Scrum agile processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of automation and IT experience, with 2+ years in DevOps and cloud experience.
  • Strong programming skills with experience in API and Webhook development using Python, PowerShell, and Rego.
  • Experience with automating and integrating serverless PaaS solutions in Azure and GCP platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of container security and orchestration.
  • Experience with compliance and application security tools.
  • Understanding of cloud security features, including data protection, IAM, network security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network, DNS, firewall, and routing issues.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and experience with Terraform and GitHub actions.
  • Critical thinking, research, and analytics skills.
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver on complex problems.
