Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reset and maintain store displays and fixtures to ensure a visually appealing and effective merchandising environment.
  • Collaborate with store management and sales teams to develop and implement merchandising plans that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel to retail stores and may involve working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
