Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Articling Student to join our team. As an Articling Student at YS Law Firm, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience in personal injury law, working alongside seasoned professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough legal research on personal injury matters and assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence.
  2. Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and assist in case management.
  3. Attend court proceedings, discoveries, and mediations to observe and participate under the guidance of experienced lawyers.
  4. Manage client files, organize documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  5. Collaborate with our team of lawyers and support staff to contribute to the success of our clients' cases.

Requirements

  1. Law degree from a recognized university.
  2. Eligibility for enrollment in the applicable LSUC Articling Program.
  3. Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Genuine interest in personal injury law and a commitment to client advocacy.
