Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Supervisor to join our team at AAPEX RECYCLERS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in their duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation and Travel: Parking paid by employer, public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under tight deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
