About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at RS De Guzman. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, and provide support with mobility.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Availability: Must be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
