Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at CHIL Interior Design. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for hospitality and residential projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for hospitality and residential projects, including concept development, space planning, and design implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure their growth and development within the company.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality and residential interior design, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • NCIDQ certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
