We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 2-3 month contract basis. Located in our Nisku/Leduc office, this role will involve full-cycle payroll processing for a medium-sized organization.

About the Role

This position requires experience with UKG, WorkDay, or SAP Successfactors HRIS/Payroll systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary, and casual employees
  • Preparing payroll remittances
  • Managing benefits and pension administration
  • Reconciling timesheets and monthly payroll-related accounts

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience and a proven track record of working with large payrolls (300+ employee headcount).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll, payroll remittances, and benefits administration
  • Timesheet reconciliation and monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
  • Experience with large payroll (300+ employee headcount)
  • Strong HRIS/Payroll system experience, such as UKG, WorkDay, or SAP Successfactors
