Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Aida Kirameddine. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical activity and mobility.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
