Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Hôtel Lac Carling is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our 100 rooms, including preparing rooms for guest arrival, changing bedding, and cleaning bathrooms and surfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare your work cart with necessary tools and supplies
  • Prepare rooms for guest arrival, ensuring they are spotless
  • Change bedding and remake beds with clean sheets
  • Clean bathrooms and sanitary facilities using appropriate products
  • Remove garbage and empty garbage cans to ensure optimum hygiene
  • Clean and dust surfaces of furniture, mirrors, and windows for a neat appearance
  • Check furniture and equipment to ensure they are in good condition and working properly
  • Report any irregularities in the condition of rooms to the people concerned
  • Deal with lost and found items in collaboration with the housekeeper, and return them to guests
  • Respect hotel norms and standards in terms of hygiene and quality of service
  • Carry out any other related tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the hotel

Training:

D.E.S. (High School Diploma)
