Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
- Adjust, Repair or Replace Parts: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Estimate Parts and Labor Costs: Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, and provide accurate quotes to customers.
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform scheduled maintenance service on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Advise Customers: Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete Reports: Complete reports to record problems and work performed, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification: Possess a valid Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
- Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Possess good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
- Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity and ability to work with hands.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods and move around the work area as needed.
- Dental Plan: Comprehensive dental plan.
- Health Care Plan: Comprehensive health care plan.
- Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with Kings Mitsubishi.
- 40 Hours per Week: Work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
