We are seeking a talented and skilled Stylist to join our team at Regis Canada. As a Stylist, you will have the opportunity to change people's lives by providing exceptional guest service and creating personalized looks that exceed our guests' expectations.


What You'll Do:



  • Provide exceptional guest service by understanding our guests' needs and preferences.
  • Perform high-quality consultations and services, including haircuts, colors, highlights, and waxing.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:



  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and reading skills.

Physical Requirements:



  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
