About the Role
Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Construction Division in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing planned activities on commercial plumbing, completing daily service reports, and compiling accurate labor and material take-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned activities on commercial plumbing, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Complete daily service reports, documenting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, including service and repair recommendations.
- Compile accurate labor and material take-offs for work recommendations and materials ordering.
- Work autonomously or in teams to complete work efficiently, on time, and on budget.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members via phone, text, email, and mobile applications.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with fellow employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and mobile device applications.
