Element Fleet Management, a leader in the fleet management industry, seeks a highly skilled CRM Business Process Analyst to contribute to its growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual with experience in Salesforce functional/technical capabilities, analytical data analysis, and process improvement.

About the Role:

  • Support commercial teams by providing expert guidance on Salesforce processes and addressing business-related queries.
  • Administer day-to-day routine Salesforce tasks and identify areas for automation and streamlining.
  • Collaborate with the SFE team to enhance Salesforce effectiveness and implement process improvements.
  • Provide data management support to the Marketing team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and systems enhancement issues timely.
  • Create reports for various stakeholders and users of Salesforce.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Salesforce functional/technical expertise is essential.
  • Experience analyzing financial data is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary.

We estimate this role's salary to be around $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
