We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Citygate Automotive Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Technical Service Department and working closely with the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a stable and proven track record in managing an aftersales department and be able to demonstrate delivering a profitable result. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the technical service department, undertaking regular reviews of departmental performance, and implementing appropriate training and development plans.

You will also be required to keep up-to-date with technical information and communicate relevant information to the team, recruit departmental staff, contribute to the development of annual budgets, and produce regular reports on departmental performance.
