Adecco Canada is currently hiring a temporary full-time Logistics Coordinator to work for our client in a dynamic environment. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the daily activities of the shipping office operations, ensuring optimal execution of the daily operations plan. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation management systems to achieve desired productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking inbound deliveries and appointments with carriers
  • Communicating with customers and managing any in-transit delays
  • Performing weekly billing audits to ensure accurate billing to customers
  • Scheduling appointments for shipments, deliveries, containers, or LTL

Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • 3+ years' working experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment
  • Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Comfortable with WMS and TMS and other related software
