ZLC Wealth Inc. is a leading wealth management company seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Director to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

Job Description

This role will involve supporting the President of ZLC Wealth Inc. in all aspects of the Compliance Division, including automating procedures, reviewing compliance regulations, assisting with technological advancements, and liaising with advisors for compliance issues.

We are looking for an individual with robust knowledge and experience in Investment Policy Statements, discretionary accounts, AML regulations, and training and legal documents. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in computer applications and systems such as Microsoft Office, NRD, CRM systems, Dataphile, and portfolio management software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the compliance and AML training process for employees and associates, maintaining, reviewing, and updating various files and policies, and leading project management efforts for the implementation of new compliance technologies.

Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, facilitating training sessions and workshops, and executing additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
  • Relevant compliance work experience within the wealth management industry;
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with experience navigating through complex situations in fast-paced environments and conveying compliance requirements in an engaging and approachable manner.
