As a Senior Rail Safety Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for producing high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
You will also innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices. In addition, you will plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Your technical expertise and inputs will be valuable in business development activities and proposals. Furthermore, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.

Ricardo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- 15+ years of experience in the rail industry, specifically in safety assurance and/or assessment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of CMREA/CENELEC standards is desirable, as well as familiarity with the Canadian Railway System.
