Join Relay Financial as a Senior Cloud Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team at Relay Financial. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure cloud-based systems.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology stack and contribute to the development of a innovative financial platform. You will work closely with our product management team to plan and execute features, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and secure cloud-based systems using AWS services
  • Collaborate with the product management team to plan and execute features
  • Work with other engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Develop testing strategies to ensure product quality
  • Participate in agile project planning and estimation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a full-stack capacity
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including ECS, S3, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda, and continuous deployment pipelines
  • Experience with Node.js, Typescript, and React
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience mentoring junior software engineers
  • Perpetual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow
