Job Title: Senior Digital Full Stack Developer

Alata Tech Inc. is a leading provider of fleet management solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key contributor to our agile product team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of product development, including front-end interfaces, back-end architectures, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all phases of agile software development, including design, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Implement requirements, conduct unit testing, and participate in code reviews.
  • Lead new project initiatives from inception through deployment, ensuring high performance, uptime, and scalability.
  • Collaborate within an agile environment, leveraging best practices and pursuing continuous learning opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application and database layers.
  • Estimate and optimize AWS service costs to maintain budget adherence without compromising performance.
  • Set up and analyze logs and monitoring using AWS CloudWatch or similar tools.
  • Take ownership of projects, driving them from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Uphold rigorous standards for code quality, application design, and system architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and React.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API principles, API security best practices, and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical audiences.
