About the Role:

  • Drive Team Performance: Oversee and motivate a team of 15 to 20 employees in the sorting area, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize and Plan: Develop and implement effective workflows, ensuring employees understand and execute their tasks accurately. Ensure seamless onboarding of new team members.
  • Set Performance Goals: Establish and track performance metrics in line with organizational objectives, driving productivity and growth.
  • Multitask and Prioritize: Coordinate and supervise all sorting activities, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet established objectives.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure the work area is clean and safe, promoting a culture of occupational health and safety within the team.

Requirements:

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • Bilingualism: Possess fluency in both French and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in general computer skills, including Office365.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in supervising or managing employees in a warehouse setting.
