Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, merchandising products, and executing marketing campaigns. If you have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning new skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant retail experience and cash handling skills are an asset
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level
