Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to assess their delivery needs and provide solutions
  • Assist in sourcing quotations and entering them into our software system
  • Enter sales orders into our software system and expedite orders with vendors
  • Access customer portals to receive and upload information
  • Assist salesperson in resolving issues and handle daily general clerical functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of vendor management experience in the industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED Certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and strong Excel skills
  • Strong data entry skills and solid communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organized and has efficient time management skills
