Job Title: Wall and Ceiling Installer

Evalex Contracting Corporation is seeking a skilled Wall and Ceiling Installer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing walls and ceilings to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and finish walls and ceilings using plaster, drywall, and other materials
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to ensure a precise fit
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering and drywall installation
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Work Environment:

As a Wall and Ceiling Installer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and must be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in plastering and drywall installation
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills essential
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
