About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mucho Burrito (Brantford). As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Mucho Burrito (Brantford), you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
