Job Summary:

The Capreol Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing primary care to residents of the surrounding area. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and education is essential, along with the ability to promote client autonomy and provide care in various settings as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Current registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree (Master's degree is an asset)
• Advanced health assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Minimum of 2 years of Primary Care experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in the use of computer systems, including email and electronic medical records

Salary and Benefits:
