Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Redwood Residence Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting an asset.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
