We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Nurse Practitioner to join our team at TEEMA Solutions Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care via our telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide medical guidance via virtual consultations.
- Order tests, prescribe medication, and refer to specialists as needed.
- Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and prevention.
- Maintain electronic health records accurately.
- Work with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
You will be working remotely, collaborating with a diverse healthcare team, and impacting patient health across Canada. If you're passionate about improving access to healthcare services and have excellent clinical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse Practitioner certification in good standing within the British Columbia provincial regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with telehealth or virtual care is a plus.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
