Clinical Research Associate

At ICON, we're looking for a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a CRA, you will be working on multiple trials within Oncology, providing leadership and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing site start-up documents for studies, including SIV agendas.
  • Providing the 'voice' of the SM when reviewing study documents.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

You will also be responsible for representing LTMs or SMs on SMTs and meetings, taking over LTM roles for sites assigned to other SMs, and supporting country budget development and contract negotiation.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in monitoring pharmaceutical industry clinical trials, preferably in Oncology. You should have strong analytical and risk-based monitoring experience, as well as knowledge of several therapeutic areas.

Able to actively drive patient recruitment strategies at assigned sites, you will partner closely with investigators and site staff to meet all study timelines. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for this role.
