Job Overview

Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver Archdiocese is seeking a dedicated and passionate Intermediate Classroom Teacher to join our dynamic team. About the Role

This is a short-term position for new teachers with the possibility of a continuing contract for existing CISVA teachers. As an Intermediate Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a love of learning in your students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver Archdiocese curriculum
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
