Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their dynamic Medical Imaging team on a casual basis.

Casual employment means work requirements can vary between Zero and 37.5 hours per week. Work will be available on a short-notice, on-call basis and/or blocks of shifts pre-scheduled to relieve leaves of absences. Opportunity to apply for Regular employment positions within the Internal Recruitment job posting process. Shifts will be Days and Evenings with the shift times being 07:45 to 16:46, 13:00 to 22:01, 16:46 to 22:00.

What Will You Work On?
The Medical Imaging Department consists of 4 general ultrasound rooms and 3 echo rooms. Services at Interior Health Authority include Screening Mammography, Diagnostic Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Radiography, Fluoroscopy and Nuclear Medicine. General sonographers at Interior Health Authority work on Philips and Canon equipment while Cardiac sonographers work on GE equipment.
