Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Wiring Specialist to join our team at BizLink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing custom electrical wiring and setting up, operating, and inspecting production machine center equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate custom cable production machinery
  • Read and follow production paperwork and drawings to produce quality products
  • Perform repairs and rework items not meeting specifications
  • Continuously improve the process
  • Operate overhead crane as required
  • Maintain and update production instructions
  • Enter data into our ERP system for inventory, production completion, and other relevant information
  • Lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience setting up and operating custom cable production machinery
  • High School Diploma
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow production paperwork and drawings
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits (an asset)
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and react quickly and safely to situations
  • Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Capable of multi-tasking when operating specialized machinery
  • Able to work shifts
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word)
