Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between Sales/Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of project estimates by collecting relevant data.
- Support the Business Development team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with Business Development and Project Management by attending regular site meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
