We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance/Grooming Supervisor to join our team at Air Creebec inc. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness and security of our facilities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Cleanliness and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Assistance in training new employees and preparing reports for management.
  • Participation in internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • D.E.S. or equivalent and minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Punctuality, physical fitness, and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, metal fabrication, and welding.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive various types of class 5 equipment and vehicles.
