Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform a variety of ultrasound techniques to provide images that assist with the detection and diagnosis of conditions and diseases.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a salary within Pay Band 19, ranging from $45,070 to $48,290 per year. This is a three-step range, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health and dental coverage, group life insurance, and pension plan contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations to produce diagnostic images
  • Develop and implement imaging protocols to ensure high-quality images
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to students and new staff members

Requirements

  • Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
  • Knowledge of sonography principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
