Solutions Techso is a leading digital transformation company that offers consulting services in technology infrastructure management, application development, and product lifecycle management.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Development Lead to join our Montreal-based team. As a key member of our DEV team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Mentor and guide a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design are followed
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and performance standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with a solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • Experience in leading and managing development teams
  • Proficiency in Java and Typescript programming languages with Springboot and NodeJS/Express.JS frameworks
  • Proficiency in the Vue.JS front-end framework
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Knowledge of Rabbit MQ - an asset
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools - an asset
  • Good communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
