Job Overview
At TES The Employment Solution, we're seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers the ideal combination of in-office collaboration and remote work to foster teamwork and innovation.

We're looking for a passionate engineer who can lead and manage projects from design to completion, with expertise in structural engineering, Ontario Building Code, Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code, and standards for concrete, steel, and wood structure design.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design processes using software tools such as AutoCAD and Microstation.
  • Conduct site inspections and fulfill contract administration duties during the construction phase.
  • Review contractor shop drawings and ensure quality control.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support project success.

Requirements
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Master's degree in Structural Engineering).
  • Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License.
  • Extensive experience in designing concrete, steel, and wood structures.
