The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised applications and programs in the Technology team, focusing on data extraction and analysis from structured and unstructured sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans and coordinate with teams for all analytical efforts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.
  • Manage deliverables in an agile environment, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and model users.
  • Present status, issues, and analytical findings to various audience groups, including business, technology management, risk review, and model governance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • PhD or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of industry experience as a data scientist, specializing in ML modeling, ranking, recommendations, or personalization systems.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and reliable machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Strong background in ML/DL/LLM algorithms, model architectures, and training techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, TensorFlow, or other analytical/model-building programming languages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in GenAI/LLMs projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with distributed data/computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL), ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
