Job Title: Maintenance Associate - Common Areas Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Associate - Common Areas Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the premises under the supervision of our Maintenance Director. This includes:

  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the common areas
  • Scheduling and performing routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience necessary
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retirement homes is an asset
