Transformative Role in Marketing Operations

Questrade Financial Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Implementation Specialist to lead the transformation of our marketing operations. As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge martech solutions to drive seamless integration and enable marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify appropriate martech solutions
  • Design and execute a comprehensive martech implementation strategy and roadmap
  • Manage the implementation of new marketing technology platforms to ensure compatibility with existing systems
  • Oversee the configuration, integration, and testing of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system operation
  • Journey design using advanced scripting to help create personalization
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of martech solutions and data
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the marketing technology landscape, making data-driven recommendations for technology adoption and upgrades
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align martech capabilities with customer journey mapping and deliver personalized and impactful customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the implementation and operation of martech solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing technology implementation or related roles, with demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and analytics solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Experience (Marketing) Cloud or related platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and experience ensuring compliance within a marketing technology environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Focus while under pressure and pay close attention to detail
  • See the big picture while paying attention to the smallest end details
  • Able to work flexible hours when requested
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, multitasking environment
