About the Role

As a Millwork Installer, you will be responsible for installing cabinets and millwork to the highest standards, working independently and as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of custom woodworking projects in various environments, ensuring that every installation meets our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install cabinets and millwork to the company's standard
  • Complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Use hand and power tools effectively
  • Understand materials, tools, and equipment used in millwork installation
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Have your own hand tools and some power tools (larger tools provided)
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Cabinet/Millwork Installation, Joinery, or Finish Carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Good attitude and high commitment levels
  • Represent the brand by providing quality customer service
  • Proactive and comfortable communicating with the team
  • Strong attention to detail and drive to create a quality finished product
  • Ability to remain flexible in ambiguous situations
  • High school diploma or completed GED
  • RedSeal completion is an asset
  • Working cellphone and ability to use company apps
