Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing sales performance.
