Ramasser et livrer des colis de manière courtoise et efficace dans le secteur attribué ; vérifier chaque envoi pour voir s'il respecte les modalités de service de Federal Express Canada et assumer des fonctions complémentaires de service à la clientèle.

Compétences requises
  • Titre d'études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
  • Capacité de soulever des charges de 70 lb et de manoeuvrer des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié
  • Expérience de 1 an dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
  • Capacité de réussir les tests et programmes de formation obligatoires
  • Capacité de fonctionner dans un environnement PC / Windows
  • Capacité de réussir toute formation récurrente et de maintenir les accréditations annuelles nécessaires
  • Capacité de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise

Le titulaire de ce poste doit être bilingue (français et anglais)

Le titulaire de ce poste doit posséder un permis de conduire valide (p. ex. de classe 5, G, ou 1 AZ) et un dossier de conduite affichant un maximum de deux infractions et / ou accidents au cours des 24 mois précédant la date de candidature
