Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for our organization, representing our brand in a professional and positive manner.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to engage our target audience.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand's capabilities and achievements.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to increase our online presence and drive sales.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to effectively communicate with our stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, LinkedIn, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
