Job Title: Barber - Haircutting and Grooming Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Barbu Sportif Terrebonne Inc. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
  • Maintain and order supplies, including hair care products and equipment
  • Invoice clients and manage payment processing
  • Clean and maintain the work area, including the barber chair and surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
