Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at CB Canada, you will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence in our fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, managing our large inventory of vehicles, and generating new business leads while fostering existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Business or Marketing, with a focus on sales and operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
