We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier to join our team in Canada. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages on an assigned route, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages on an assigned route, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers
  • Check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service
  • Provide related customer service functions, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Meet or exceed performance standards for delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
  • Willingness to work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
